The establishment of Practice Rooms dedicated to the Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) since 2024 underscores the university's dedication to serving students' training and practical needs.

At UFM, experiential learning is one of the most effective pedagogical approaches. "Strong theory, robust practice" - these are the fundamental principles instilled in UFM students from their time in the lecture hall. Consequently, the university's practice spaces are outfitted with modern facilities to enable students not only to grasp knowledge and master specialized skills but also to acquaint themselves with real-world work environments.

A practice area equipped with a Model assists students in honing their sales skills and presenting products.

With substantial investment from the university, the Practice Rooms within the Faculty of Business Administration boast state-of-the-art facilities, catering to the evolving needs of learners in today's globalized landscape. At FBA, students enrolled in subjects including Sales Management, Professional Selling, E-Business, etc. are afforded opportunities to hone vital skills pertinent to enterprise operations in specialized Practice Rooms like the Integrated Practice Room, Event Organization Practice Room, and Product Display Room. Notably, related to the Product Display Room, the University has recently received sponsorship from a real estate company for installing a model showcasing various real estate products. This initiative allows students to gain practical insights into sales activities and consultations through simulated practice with available models, thereby acquiring valuable experiences for their future careers. Furthermore, students utilizing these Practice Rooms can partake in various simulation activities mirroring real-world scenarios conducted in enterprises. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice, facilitating students' swift integration into and contribution to future organizations.
