In the context of rapid scientific and technological growth, putting scientific research findings into reality is not only an urgent need but also a vital driving force in advancing the economy's long-term development.

Aiming to raise awareness, encourage, promote, and equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to conduct scientifically valuable and practical research projects that meet the needs of business and society, the Scientific Research Club of the Faculty of Business Administration organized the seminar "Application of Scientific Research results into practice and launch of the 14th young economic talent competition - 2025" on Sunday, June 16, 2024 which received active participation from students. The seminar also featured the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Huynh Thi Thu Suong - Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, Dr. Tran The Nam - Deputy Head of Sales Management Department and lecturers in the Faculty of Business Administration.

The seminar began with an inspiring opening speech by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Huynh Thi Thu Suong - Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, which left a positive and lasting impression on the audience. Through specific calls to action and skilful communication of the importance of applying scientific research results into practice, she also emphasized the role of the younger generation in contributing to the country’s development. Her speech created an enthusiastic and lively atmosphere for the event, igniting the passion and creativity of the young attendees. This will undoubtedly serve as a significant motivation for students to strive harder in their journey of research, creativity, and innovation.

Additionally, students also had the opportunity to listen to riveting and useful insights from MBA. Nguyen Doan Viet Phuong. He not only highlighted the benefits of scientific research but also provided numerous vivid examples of how scientific research results can be applied to make effective decisions. Moreover, at this seminar, students had the chance to meet and learn from the three student groups who achieved the highest scores in the first round of 2024 and participated in the 13th Young Economic Talent Competition in 2024.

To encourage and discover young talents who are capable of conducting and applying scientific research in practice, Dr. Tran The Nam - Deputy Head of Sales Management Department launched the 14th Young Economic Talent Competition for 2025. He also announced important dates for the Scientific Research skills Training workshops and outlined the evaluation criteria for the competition. This is a valuable opportunity for students to showcase their talents and turn their creative ideas into reality, contributing to the overall development of the country. 

With nearly three precious hours, guests, including lecturers from the Faculty of Business Administration, gathered to provide many beneficial insights from practical, multidimensional viewpoints, hoping that the students would grasp a wealth of knowledge and gain positive energy to continue improving their skills, exploring new opportunities for personal development, and contributing to society's overall prosperity.
