The seminar offered students a chance to reinforce their classroom knowledge, expand their professional networks, and explore internship and job opportunities.
Commenting on the seminar, Dr. Tran The Nam, Head of the Sales Management Department, stated, "This seminar was organized with the goal of providing students in the Faculty of Business Administration with a comprehensive and practical perspective on sales management. Education should extend beyond classroom theory; it must be enriched and developed through real-world experiences. This approach will help students gain the confidence needed to face market challenges when they enter the corporate world."
The seminar began with a review of B2B sales channel theory delivered by Master Pham Tran Khoa, a lecturer in the Sales Management course. This segment was crucial in helping students solidify key concepts and principles before they absorbed the practical knowledge shared by the guest expert. The lecture not only reinforced theoretical understanding but also connected it to real-world scenarios, providing a strong foundation for students to address challenges and opportunities in the B2B sector.
Following this, Mr. Bui Ngoc Hung led a session sharing his professional experiences. With a direct and approachable style, he guided students from fundamental concepts to complex scenarios in B2B sales management. The practical cases presented by Mr. Hung not only clarified the theoretical aspects that students had learned but also introduced new perspectives on how businesses respond to market fluctuations, optimize sales processes, and develop customer relationships in a highly competitive environment.
The seminar atmosphere became more lively and engaging with interactive activities such as crossword puzzles, quizzes, and lucky draws. These activities not only provided a refreshing break from serious discussions but also reinforced students' knowledge in a creative and enjoyable way. Students actively participated, demonstrating enthusiasm and a keen spirit of learning throughout the event.
At the conclusion of the seminar, many students expressed their satisfaction and gratitude for the valuable knowledge and experiences gained. The seminar not only helped them expand their knowledge but also ignited their passion and determination to pursue careers in the B2B field. This event was truly a memorable milestone in the academic journey and professional development of students in the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Finance and Marketing.
