On March 23, 2024, at the 7th-floor Hall of the Finance and Marketing University's District 7 Campus, the Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) organized a workshop titled "Sharing about Human Resources Activities - Insights from HR Experts"

The workshop aimed to provide students of FBA with the opportunity to interact with seasoned experts in the field of human resources, who boast extensive experience in major corporations operating in Vietnam. Through this practical sharing session, students gained deeper insights into the contemporary practices of talent attraction within organizations, as well as a comprehensive overview of the roles and functions of each HR department in companies currently implementing them. Additionally, the guest shared knowledge and experiences related to recruitment activities and employer branding efforts, intending to equip students with foundational knowledge before they enter the marketplace

The sharing session featured Ms. Nguyễn Đặng Khuê Các, an esteemed expert in human resources with extensive experience in renowned corporations such as Coca-Cola, BP Castrol, Sanafi Vietnam, and Loc Troi Group, alongside faculty members from FBA. Addressing the opening, Mr. Phạm Trần Khoa (MBA), a lecturer specializing in Human Resource Management and a key member of the workshop's organizing committee, extended sincere appreciation to the participants for their invaluable insights and engagement. The expertise shared not only deepened students' comprehension of human resources but also refined their skills in recruitment and associated tasks. Such skills are pivotal for students to introspect and equip themselves adequately before venturing into the marketplace.

With extensive expertise in the industry, Ms. Khuê Các shared captivating anecdotes and insights, emphasizing the crucial skills students need to cultivate while still in their studies. A noteworthy aspect of the workshop was the interactive Q&A session, where students were encouraged to voice their concerns and uncertainties about entering the realm of human resources. The guests earnestly tackled these concerns, leveraging their practical experiences to help students bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application.

Through this hands-on experience, students from FBA received valuable feedback and guidance from the workshop's distinguished guests, empowering them to formulate their insights and adequately prepare for future pursuits in the human resources sector.
